Heyy guys! I decided to write my blog in English because I just realized that my German is worse than at beginning and none want to see it and I feel me so much more better when I do mistakes in English, then it is not my first language. I hope that is okay.
Anyways, I was from the 13th of November until the 27th of November on the Tassie tour with the other exchange students in Tassie. I will tell you now what I have done. We traveled around Tassie with a small bus. We stayed through the tour sometimes at Rotariers house or together in a motel. The people who went with us, they always brought us heaps of tucker, which means that we all ate too much over this 2 weeks:)
13th: All students arrived in the afternoon in Ulverstone ( North coast of Tassie). We stayed 3 nights with Rotariers from the rotary club of Ulverstone.
14th: On this day the program actually began. On this day we went at first to the Gunns plains cave. It is one of the oldest cave in Tassie. In the cave, there were in one spot heaps of glowworms. When we turned of the lights you could see them glowing very well. It looked like stars. After the cave we went to the Wings Wildlife Park. The people who work there took us through the park. At first we went to the snakes. They took one snake out of the cage and I already was scared as she said she will take it out. But all of us hold the snake, even it was gross! But after this we got the cute stuffs! They brought us a baby devil and a baby wombat. They were definitely so much more better than the snakes. We also could go for feeding and hugging the kangaroos. They were absolutely not shy. After the Wildlife park, we went to leaven Canyon. This walk was very easy and at the end we had a great view. For dinner we went to the Rotary club of Devenport. They cooked us a BBQ which was awesome. At this night we all were a bit crazy, then Corri (exchange student from Italy) and me, we just laughed about anything, even it wasn't funny!

15th: This Morning we went to Cradle Mountain to the Dove lake. In this area you can go for hiking very well. The sad thing was that it rained at this day. that means as we were at the Dove lake you could't see the whole view of Cradle mountain. The clouds were too low. But even it was rainy, we walk around the lake and had a lot of fun. The good thing was the walk wasn't hard:)! In the evening wee went for dinner to the Rotary club of Ulverstone. They had a guest speaker who speaks about his life. he actually has done a bike ride from Great Britain to New Zealand. It took him 2 and a half year. All of us were very impressed.
You see it on the picture, it was very cloudy and wet.
16th: This morning we left the North coast and went to the west coast of Tasmania. We went to Queenstown. We learned in these two days where we were in Queenstown a lot of stuffs about the history of Queenstown. We started our tour in the oldest theater in Queenstown which has an amazing art deco. After this we went to the oldest temporate Forest in the world and then we went to the mines. We went about 200 meters into the mountain and it was quiet cool. After the mines we went to an lookout where you had a great view over the Burbury lake which is close to Queenstown.

17th: Today we went on the ATP railway. There they told us, that the actually come to Queenstown because of the gold. You can find there in the mines a lot of Gold. On our return we had a little bit of gold panning. Liisa (from Finland) came out the winner with a small speck worth about 20$. We saw in this two days in Queenstown 2 snakes. I really didn't know that snakes are fast.

18th: At this Morning we left the west coast and went to Miena. Miena is pretty much in the middle of Tassie at the Great lake. We have done 2 stops on our way to Miena. We visited the Nelson Fall and we went to the Wall. The Wall is like a museum which has like pictures which consist of Wood. There was for example a man and the details of the man were awesome. You could see each bloodstream and it looked so real. There were also on a table some work gloves which looked more than real. It was impressed. Sadly we weren't allowed to take pictures. After this we arrived in Miena. We stayed there at Rotariers who had a ''Shak''. This is like a holiday house at a lake. At this late arvo, we went for fishing to a lake which was about an hour away from Miena. At this lake I learned how you use a fishing rode. I caught there one fish. We went back at about 8 o'clock in the evening. We saw on the way back heaps of Wallabies. I think I never so so many Wallabies in Tassie like at this evening. At beginning it was really nice to drive really slowly because Wallabies are like the stupidest animal which I ever met. Because the thing is you can't really see them when it is getting dark or especially in the dark and they cross the road every time even the car is like 2 seconds away. That is the reason why there are always heaps of dead wallabies on the road.

19th: At this morning we got a really great brekkie. They cooked us eggs and bacon with toast bread. It was just an amazing brekkie. After the Brekkie we decided to go for fishing again. But this time we went to the Great lake in Miena. We have done 2 groups. One group went fishing and the other one went for driving a four Wheeler. We went in the morning fishing and in the arvo for driving the four wheeler. I caught one fish again. Driving the four wheeler was awesome. it looks so much easier than it is. At beginning I drive into the bush. I couldn't keep staying on the way. But it was quiet funny! In the evening we played footy. I definitely have to bring back a footy! For dinner got a BBQ and we cooked our own fish which we caught.

20th: We left Miena and went to Sorell. Sorell is near Hobart in the south of Tasmania. On the way we went to Bothwell and went for playing Golf. Golf was so much fun and It wasn't even that hard. A bit more practice and we would be great in this sport. After the Golf we went to Sorell and went there to a place at the beach with a open Pizza oven. We went to the beach and played cricket. I still have no idea of the rules of cricket. There are just too many rules. We also played badminton in the sea. Suddenly we began to make us wet with our rackets. At the end we went swimming with our cloths. It was lots of fun. In the evening we made Pizza in the oven! Corri from Italy showed us how to do it!

21th: We got up early and head of from Sorell to Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula. There we have done the Cape Hauy walk to the lookout where you can see the Tasman Island. "It was just a easy 4 hours walk". I wished it would have been that! It went up and down and then up again and down again. It was quiet a good walk but to went up was so hard. The view at the end was definitely awesome. There were also a lot of cliffs and you wasn't allowed to leave the way. After the walk we went to the history museum of Port Arthur. There was the old jail and other older buildings. It was quiet interesting.

22th: Today we went on the Tasman cruise and watch the view which we saw yesterday from the boat. yesterday we looked down and today we will look up. We had to wear big red coats which kept us warm because it was like 10 degrees cooler on the boat than on the land. We went in like half caves which were full with water. You could see on the boat the whole cliffs and also the lookout. On the bottom of the cliffs were heaps of seals. These were my first seal which I saw in wildlife. From there we went further to the Tasman island and you could see the lighthouse on the island. Out there the sea was very raft. You felt like you were on a ride. There were also heaps of seals which just lay there and have done nothing. After the cruise we went back to the motel and just relaxed.
These were the red coats
This is the Tasman island and on the top you can see the lighthouse.
23th: This day was a really relaxing day because we haven't done really something interesting. We went back to Kingston (I actually don't know why). On the way to Kingston we have done a stop at Eastland (That is a shopping center). We spent one hour there and I was like: Omg I actually can go for shopping then In Smithton where I am living are no shopping shops. I spent to much many in one hour but I have done my shopping for the next two months.
24th: On this day we head off to the east coast of Tasmania. There are so many beautiful white beaches. But at this day we didn't go to the beach. We went to the Forest and have done a bush walk. Before we began they told us that there are a lot of leeches and they said we should put our trousers into our socks so that they can't go on our skin. And i just thought me: Mate why do you tell me now and not at we left home because I always wear short sock and I couldn't put my trousers into my socks. So I was a bit scared and Liisa and me we looked all 2 seconds to our shoes and looked if we have some Leeches. Yes I will tell you, I hate this walk. I was glad as we were at the end of the walk. After this we stayed in pairs at Rotariers house. I stayed with Corri and we played card like the whole evening. Playing card became a part of my day life in Tassie. It makes so much fun and I really don't know why we never played cards (with Jocker cards).
25th: This day we went out with a bigger boat and visited some nice withe beaches. We also fished again, enjoyed the views and played cars.

26th: Today we went further up the east coast. We went to the most beautiful beach in Tassie: Wineglass Bay. The water is so beautiful and the sand is white. After this we went to St Helens which is almost on the top of the east coast. There we also went to a beautiful beach. Actually at the east coast you just visit beautiful beaches. In the evening we stayed all together in one house and had a BBQ. We played cards again and we all were actually just tired but because of this we were quiet crazy. We laughed about anything, even it wasn't that funny. We went for a walk but even the walk couldn't helped us to come down. At this evening we finally have done the Tim Tam slam. Tim Tam are the best biscuits in the world and you eat the ends of the Tim Tam. Then you put it in a hot chocolate or in a hot caffe and drink it through the Tim Tam. That was so awesome.

27th: Today we went from St helens back to Launceston and then we had to say goodbye to all and everyone went home.
It was such a great tour. We had heaps of fun and laughed about anything.
